Getting to Rousay

Rousay, Egilsay & Wyre are serviced by a ro-ro vehicle and passenger ferry, the MV Eynhallow.
Crossings depart from Tingwall (KW17 2HB), and the journey is approximately 25 minutes.

If the Dining Room is empty at 8.30pm we will close the kitchen.
If The Taversoe is empty at 9pm we will close for the night.


To Reach The Taversoe

On leaving the pier travel up the hill.
 
At the main road junction (opposite the gates to Trumland House) turn left.

The Taversoe is approximately 2 miles (3.5 kms) along this road on the left hand side, opposite the car park for the Knowe of Yarso.

A pick up facility from the Rousay Pier is available to residential guests.
